You can return a part purchased from us in exchange for a refund for any reason within 14 days after your order was delivered. To be eligible for a return, the part must be unused, never installed (or attempted to install), in the same condition that you received it, and in original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The refund is usually credited withing 7-10 business days depending on the original method of payment.
If your return has been approved, but you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Shipping charges and customs duties
If you are shipping an expensive item consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping charges and customs duties are non-refundable. You will be also responsible for paying shipping charges and customs duties (if applicable) for returning a part. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and customs duties (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
